Tues 17th April 2007*****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*****

As part of our upgrade roll out to improving and creating a faster and more resiliant network, engineers will be at the Bottisham cabinet installing and testing new DSLAM equipment.

Customers will have the ability to potentially connect at up to 24MB, more information will be available once the installation and testing phase is complete.

There will however be some downtime on Thurs 19th April, service will be intermittent throughout the afternoon and will resume uninterrupted in the early evening.

**New IP range applied to Trilogy Network on 5th March 2007 13:00hrs**

We have written to all our customers advising of the new ip range change, we will be changing from the 81.20.x.x range to a 77.107.x.x range as of Monday 5th March 2007 at 13:00hrs.

The new ip address(s) will take effect as soon as your equipment has been re-booted. If you have any problems with the new range please call the technical helpdesk on: 08703 890 202.

** Last Night's Upgrade **
We experienced a few problems and had to swap out a failed router, this meant the network was up and down between 1am and 4am. Normal service was resumed by 4.30am Thank you for your patience.

****IMPORTANT - Essential Network Maintenance / Upgrade****
Between the hours of 1200am - 0300am tonight (11th October 2006) there will be an outage on the ADSL infrastructure. Trilogy network engineers will be carrying out an essential upgrade to the equipment and all ADSL users will be disconnected as a result of the work.End users using Routers should automatically re-connect, however, some routers may require a reboot (power off / power on).

Please ensure that after 3am, should you have loss of connectivity, that you reboot all equipment before proceeding to contact the Trilogy Support Team.
